Mr. Eaton has degrees in both Civil Engineering and Surveying and is a licensed civil and environmental engineer with the State of Oregon.  Chuck has been working the field of engineering for 30 years and has worked for state, local, and private practice, giving him a unique perspective and a through understanding of the dynamics involved in todays government workings.  Chuck has been married to his wife Nancy for 23 years and they have two boys.  He enjoys camping, golf, and strategy games.  Chuck looks forward to the challenges ahead and working for the City of Amity in achieving the city council's goals.
